Gerry Mandel, co-founder of Stone Soup, oversees the editing, design, and production of each issue. Direct all editorial questions to Ms. Mandel. She also plans our yearly advertising and sales campaigns, so she’s the one to contact if you want to sell us advertising. Gerry lives with her cat, Elsa, in a Victorian house in downtown Santa Cruz. She likes to garden and play the recorder. |

William Rubel, the other co-founder of Stone Soup, had the original inspiration to publish work by young people. Nikki Howe, subscription director, manages Stone Soup’s subscriber database and handles any problems you may have with your subscription. She also handles bookstore sales. Nikki and her husband, Steve, have two children, Maggie and Chase, and one granddaughter, Scarlett. Nikki enjoys volunteer work, and she paints in watercolors. |
