*For many years the Children’s Art Exchange of Middlebury, Vermont organized exchanges of children’s art between the United States and the former Soviet Union. When the Children’s Art Exchange ceased operation, their art work was given to Laura Chodos of Saratoga Springs, New York. Laura runs the Albany-Tula Alliance.
