Fairy-Tale Paintings from Tula, Russia

Albany, New York, and Tula, Russia are Sister Cities. For over 10 years they have exchanged children’s art with each other as a way of promoting cultural understanding. Laura Chodos, who has led the educational and cultural exchanges for the Albany-Tula Alliance, has kindly allowed us to share some beautiful examples of art by Russian children with our Web visitors.
